By three o'clock your lower back has had enough. You've been in the chair since morning, you shift around in it, you stand up and stretch and it helps for about a minute, then you sit back down and it all tightens up again.
Stretching on the floor never quite reaches the spot, and you end up lying there not really knowing what to do with yourself.
That's exactly why we created the KnotAway™ ComfortStretch Lower Back Support. It's a firm arched stretcher you lie back over, so your back opens out across the curve instead of staying folded the way it has been all day.
Three adjustable levels let you start gentle and work up as you get used to it, and you can sit up against it instead if lying down isn't for you. It's light enough to leave under the desk at work. Get yours today at 50% off and free delivery, backed by our 30-day guarantee, so there's nothing to lose!

How does the ComfortStretch Lower Back Support work?
It gently arches your back over its curved surface, helping your lower back stretch out and ease the stiffness that builds up from sitting. The raised points along the surface add a soothing massage-like feel as you relax onto it.
Is it adjustable?
Yes! It has 3 adjustable levels, so you can start gentle and build up to a deeper stretch as your back gets used to it. This makes it suitable for beginners and regular users alike.
How long should I use it for?
Most people start with just a few minutes at a time on the lowest setting and build up gradually. It's a great way to unwind and stretch out after a long day at a desk.
Can I use it lying down or sitting?
Both! You can lie back over it for a full stretch or use it while sitting up against a surface, so it fits easily into however you like to relax.
Is it easy to store and carry?
Very. It's compact, lightweight and portable, so it's easy to tuck away at home or take with you to the office. You can stretch out wherever suits you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free right across Australia on every order, single items and bundles alike. There is nothing to add at checkout and no minimum spend to reach. You order, we post it, and your order arrives ready to use. If you ever have a question about where your parcel is up to, get in touch and we will chase it for you straight away.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you have not seen it yet, please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it just reach out and we will resend your tracking details straight away. We are happy to keep an eye on it with you.
Can I save money by buying more than one?
Yes, we offer bundle pricing if you buy 2 or more items. A further discount is applied if you upgrade to a bundle that includes our other products too.
